FRAccessories has a comprehensive privacy policy that ensures your financial information is not shared with any third party. We are a registered online stall with a valid trade license and therefore we are regulated.

In addition, you can enjoy our different payment gateways. Customers can pay online using our secured payment gateway. Also, you can pay using your Apply Pay Account. Finally, you can pay on Delivery by Cash or by your Credit Card to the Courier.

All orders within UAE are free delivery. Orders from other GCC Countries will be charged as per the shipping charges details. Kindly check the shipping page for more details.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We want you to enjoy your order ASAP! It Typically takes 3-5 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers if products are readily available. Otherwise, it might take 14-24 business days to get to us if products are not readily available, then 3-5 business days to get to our domestic customers.

Orders entitled for Next Day Delivery are orders placed before 4 PM from Saturday till Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be delivered within 2 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WILL MY FRAccessories JEWELRY BE delivered in a special package?

Yes, all orders will be delivered in our FRAccessories box/bag as deemed appropriate.

 

Can I arrange locally to have products bought at FRAccessories be sent to me outside UAE?

FRAccessories do not send accessories outside GCC Counties as we are only confined in this geographical location. We have our primary customers target as the women and girls in the GCC. Whatever local arrangements you can plan should involve someone buying the products from our shop and sending you in your most convenient methods. We are open to every kind of customer in the UAE.

No, prices on fraccessories.ae are subject to changes based on the gold and silver market rate. However, you will be charged the price displayed on the day you make a purchase.

How to Take Care of My Accessories?

The Accessories usually loses its shine over time when exposed outdoors. Loss of shine or delight is a natural process that can be solved without problem by washing it with a special silver product and a soft cloth.

With our pieces Plated in gold or rose gold you have to take special care: thus, we recommend taking off any jewels before going to sleep, showering or before participating in any physical activity. Exposure to certain chemicals or environments may compromise the integrity of your jewelry: perspiration (sweat), perfumes/colonies, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water and silver brighteners, etc.

Remember to always keep your jewelry away from any exposure to sunlight and warm places. Don't store your jewelry in a bathroom or wet places either.

We do not guarantee that the gold bath of our models will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and susceptible to color loss over time. The rate at which this color disappears depends on multiple factors such as the use of chemicals in the skin, the level of body sweating or even the PH level of each person's skin. For this reason, it is especially important to take proper care of your gold-plated jewelry.

CAN I EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?

In order to satisfy our dear customers, all purchases through our website are refundable or exchangeable within 2 days of reaching you and this applies only to products affected or with defects.

Terms of return and replacement.

Note: The original shipping and payment fees on receipt are non-refundable unless there is a product defect.

 How do I return a wrong/default item I receive from FRAccessories?

1- Please make sure that the goods to be replaced or changed have not been used and that they are placed in their original envelope. The products used or damaged by the customer will not be received as returned goods.
2- The customer will be charged the re-shipping fee for the goods to be changed or replaced (goods with defects to bear the cost of shipping).
3. A customer's voucher will be issued for the value of the recovered purchases so that they can purchase at any time (and you can request a transfer on a bank account).
